✺ Frequently asked questions ✺
-
For the purposes of this event, a "new mom" is someone who has recently welcomed a child into their family, whether through birth or adoption, and is navigating the unique experiences and adjustments of early motherhood. While we often think of this as the first three years, we encourage any mother who feels they are in this "new" phase to attend.

Reignite Your Career Vision: Coaching helps moms reconnect with their ambitions and confidently pursue fulfilling professional goals alongside motherhood.
Create Your Work-Life Rhythm: Coaching empowers you to develop personalized strategies for balancing career and family with greater ease.
Shape Your Professional Future: Coaching provides the skills and confidence to actively pursue career advancement and new opportunities.

Breathwork uses intentional breathing to help overwhelmed mothers counteract the effects of chronic stress. By consciously regulating their breath, mothers can:
Complete the stress cycle: Signaling safety to the brain and releasing trapped tension.
Calm the nervous system: Activating the "rest and digest" response to lower stress hormones and heart rate.
Find brief moments of peace: Restoring clarity and emotional balance even with limited time.
Build emotional resilience: Enhancing the ability to respond calmly to challenges.
